1:00 Shotgun Start, 4 Person Scramble - (that means that everyone can have a good time, even if you have never golfed before – and everyone will finish about the same time)

Hole in One Contest – a $10,000 cash prize sponsored by DTI-Hermanson Dental

Prizes – Team prizes this year will be awarded to the 1^st place, 5^th place and 10^th place teams so even those teams who don’t          do so well have a chance.  We will also have longest putt and closest to the pin prizes.  And don’t forget those great             door prizes - they will be drawn for by MDLA staff in the afternoon and announced at dinner.

Grand Prize Drawing – the Nickent 3Dx hybrid #3 donated by MDLA

Foursomes – make up your own, or we’ll assign one for you.   (Typically most companies register as four-somes.  If you wish to be assigned, please understand that the golf committee has little choice as to who your partners will be.)

Eligibility – you should be able to laugh at yourself, but everyone is welcome

Reservation Deadline – When 144 golfers are registered, or by Friday, July 25!  Payment must accompany reservation form – no phone reservations will be accepted.

Soft drinks on the course are compliments of Super Tooth Products, Inc.  (Beer will be sold on the course by Oak Marsh.)

Hole Sponsorship – for $200 you may sponsor a hole.  Sponsorship entitles you to subtract $10 from the cost of each golfer you register, have your company name on a sign at the sponsored hole, a sign at the golfer registration area, and a sign at the dinner, plus your company will be verbally acknowledged at dinner.  You will also be recognized in the next issue of the MDLA Newsletter.  And if you’d like, you may have someone standing at your hole with giveaways like tees, balls, candy, snacks, etc. (food or beverage must be purchased from Oak Marsh).  What a great opportunity for your company!  Hole Sponsorship Commitments must be in by July 25, 2008.
