Following is the Exhibitor Registration for the 34th Annual MDLA Northland Exhibition being held Friday and Saturday, March 20 & 21, 2008. The first section beginning with "Program Book" is information that will be printed and distributed to all attendees at the conference. The second section beginning with Company Rep is information that we may use to contact the person in charge of this registration. Please note the deadline for early registration pricing is December 15, 2008. The final deadline for exhibitor registration is February 15, 2009.
